2. Services We Provide

We specialise in the installation of energy efficiency measures under the UK Government’s ECO4, GBIS, SHDF, and other relevant schemes.
This may include, but is not limited to:

External Wall Insulation (EWI)
Internal Wall Insulation (IWI)
Loft insulation
Heating upgrades
Ventilation improvements

All works are carried out in accordance with PAS 2030:2023 and TrustMark compliance requirements.

3. Property & Scheme Eligibility

All offers, quotations, and installations are subject to eligibility under the relevant funding scheme.

Properties are modelled for compliance before work commences.

If modelling shows your property does not qualify, we reserve the right to cancel any proposed works.

4. Payments & Pricing

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payments must be made in line with the agreed payment schedule.

If payments are delayed, work may be paused until payment is received.

Funding contributions under ECO or other schemes are subject to government approvals and eligibility.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information when completing eligibility checks.

Allow access to your property for surveys, installations, and photographic evidence.

Supply requested documents (e.g. proof of ownership, tenancy agreements, EPC data).

Obtain any required planning permissions where applicable.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in you being liable for the full installation cost.

6. Planning Permissions

Where external changes are made (e.g. EWI installation), planning permission may be required:

We will assist in obtaining permission, but responsibility lies with the homeowner.

If you choose not to apply, Energy Efficiency Group cannot be held liable for any enforcement notices or related costs.

7. Your Right to Cancel

You have 14 days from signing any contract to cancel without penalty.

If work begins within the cancellation period at your request and you later cancel, you may still be charged for completed work and associated costs.

8. Dispute Resolution

We are a TrustMark Registered Business and comply with their Dispute Resolution Process.
